I will go to Japan as soon as possible (after all their restrictions have been lifted completely). My husband has been to Japan twice but I’ve never been there. He talks very warmly about the food so I’ve very high expectations 😄
In the meantime, I explore Japanese food in the Stockholm area. How about a spicy Ramen from TESO Sushi & Ramen in Älvsjö? Or Sashimi from Indio kitchen on Kocksgatan at Södermalm? Very good food with high quality! I’m looking forward to the trip to Japan! Tips are welcome! 😋
